Between the 20s is a high-impact, conversation-driven session designed to help groups recognise emotional shifts, understand how individual states influence team performance, and build stronger, more intentional mindsets. Through open discussion and guided reflection, participants learn to identify what triggers their emotional responses, how those emotions affect others, and how quickly they can “course-correct” to regain clarity and control. The session breaks down the patterns that often hold people back—whether it’s frustration, overthinking, impulse decisions, or carrying one small moment for far too long.
Practical tools and shared language give the entire group a clear framework for better communication and better behaviour. We explore the difference between individual vs group emotions, how to contribute positively to the environment, and how to build habits that support stronger daily interactions.

Individual Wellbeing Coaching
Created for 14–18-year-old boys
Goal setting, value identification and emotional awareness for future planning.
This one-on-one coaching program guides young people through an exploration of who they are and who they want to become. Through structured conversations, we unpack goals, values, identity, and emotional habits—helping them understand why they feel what they feel, how those emotions influence their decisions, and how to build the mindset needed for the future they want. The process encourages clear thinking, accountability, and stronger self-awareness, giving teenagers a grounded framework for navigating challenges both now and later in life.
Every program begins with an in-depth conversation with parents to understand context, family goals, and support needs. Sessions can be held online or in-person.

Wellbeing Coaching + Athletic Skill Development
Created for 14–18-year-old boys
his extended coaching option includes all elements of the wellbeing coaching program but adds an athletic component designed to strengthen emotional awareness through physical movement. Using skills such as rope flow, juggling, balance work, and coordination drills, participants learn how physical feedback can shape emotional regulation, focus, and confidence. The body becomes a tool for building composure, rhythm, and self-understanding—helping young people connect their mental and physical patterns in a powerful way.
Combining mindset exploration with movement creates a practical feedback loop that supports growth on and off the sporting field.
